Earth Hour at CAPSQUARE

I went to CAPSQUARE yesterday for Earth Hour to participate in the Walk of Hope. I'm reallllyyyy proud to be part of it, although at first I was hesitating, what would 1 hour do? But if everyone around the world does it, it shows that the world are trying to make a change. It could be a gimmick, but hey, at least people are supporting it, and know the importance of it right?

Me and Jade reached there around 4 something, and we walked from Dang Wangi station to CAPSQUARE. When we reached, we were greeted by this.

I was excited when I saw this! Music was already blaring and all, and the Eco-Bazaar was going on as well. But the amount of stalls were quite limited though, although I did splurge a little. :)

I find this really really cool, BECOME, and their recyclable bags are so nice! But quite expensive though, RM40. :( I would really like to own one. :( Luckily I got an Earth Hour bag! :D

The Eco Bazaar was quite interesting as well, mostly they sell eco friendly stuff, and there's even a petition for the endangered turtles by WWF. There's this stall as well, where you get to write a little pledge for the environment.

Seriously, I'm minimizing the use of plastic bags already. If I don't need one, I won't take it. So everyone should do the same. Or just keep a recyclable bag in your bag. :)

Next up, KL Design Week which is happening at the same venue! :D
